ok.. yesterday Ryan ask me go runnin... n u know wat... i run for less then a round i already breathless.. =X the reason is simple... THERES A LOT OF PPL BBQin AT THER!!! n the smell is makin me hungry n i cant run... =X anyway... after runnin went to visit XiuMei at the place she work... haha... saw her sister too... anyway... after tat.. went home n bath... then take bicycle meet ryan again... cos he wan go tat shop buy beer =P after tat the...*slient* hehe... she so pretty lar.. hahaha... bt someone else is prettier.. wahahahaaa.... k lar.. i go do weight trainin liao... ciaoz..
