  ok i went to watch 2 movie with H.L yesterday at 2 different shaw theater(Lot1[CCK] and Lido[Orchard]) Bedtime stories and Australia! =)ok let me start by introducting "Bedtime stories!" synopsis: Marty Bronson (Jonathan Pryce) who raises his son and daughter on his own has to sell his homey motel to clever Barry Nottingham (Richard Griffiths) who promises to make Marty's son manager, when he's grown up and has proven himself. Nottingham pulls down the motel to raise a pricey hotel. Although grown up, Marty's son Skeeter Bronson (Adam Sandler) works as a janitor and general servant, but unlikely as it seems, he still dreams of becoming the manager. When Nottingham announces a brand-new gigantic hotel project, he makes his future son-in-law, base Kendall (Guy Pierce), manager, shattering Skeeter's dream. At the same time Skeeter's sister Wendy (Courtney Cox) has to leave town for a job interview and asks him to alternate looking after her two children Patrick (Jonathan Morgan Heit) and Bobbi (Laura Ann Kesling) with Wendy's responsible-minded colleague Jill (Keri Russell). He doesn't get along with either Jill or the children, but his easy-goingness loosens them all up and once he starts telling his bedtime stories, the children grow fond of him and begin to bring in their ideas about how the stories should go. When the stories turn out to become true in real life, Skeeter tries to manoeuver the stories into a direction which will make his dream come true, too. tis movie is quite interesting.. i lik the guinea pig in the movie "Bugsy"!! haha the eyes so big haha anw.. the movie overall is nice!! Adam Sandler is a good actor..! haa.. i gonna tell bedtime stories to my 2 nephew too!! =P    ok now...!! Australia!! tis movie is veri meaning... a mixture of "war, romance, karma and Australia culture(The Stolen Generation)" Plot summary: In northern Australia at the beginning of World War II, an English aristocrat inherits a cattle station the size of Maryland. When English cattle barons plot to take her land, she reluctantly joins forces with a rough-hewn stock-man to drive 2,000 head of cattle across hundreds of miles of the country's most unforgiving land, only to still face the bombing of Darwin, Australia, by the Japanese forces that had attacked Pearl Harbor only months earlier. some part of the movie really make me feel so touched.. n some part wher i hate cos it show what human are really is.. the darker side of human being greed.... bt its a happy ending.. wher Nicole Kidman(Lady Sarah Ashley), Hugh Jackman(Drover) and Brandon Walters(Nullah) was back together wher the Drover tot Lady Sarah was killed in a bombin.. after tat.. Nullah went to "jungle walk" with his Grandfather to become a adult... Lady Sarah Ashley was a lady i respect! she is strong and determine to prove to them tat a woman also can do a job a man do! tis is what Lady Sarah Ashley said 'A woman? I suppose you think I should be back in Darwin, at the church fete or a lady's whatever you call it.
